The Salted Honey Highball
Inspired by the notes found on the nose of Our Barley, indulge in our Salted Honey highball. A zesty lime kick with a twist of salted honey, all topped off with bubbly ginger ale. It’s like summer in a glass!
Ingredients

50ml Lochlea Our Barley Single Malt Whisky

25ml Salted Honey Syrup

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

2 Generous Squeezes of Fresh Lime

200ml Fever Tree ginger ale

Slice of lime

Salt Flakes
Method: how to make a Salted Honey Highball

Fill a chilled highball glass with ice

Add the whisky, lime juice, bitters and honey syrup

Top with ginger ale and stir well

Garnish with a slice of fresh lime and a sprinkle of salt
