A delicately smoky single malt, evolving from our Ploughing Edition, this expression is matured in a combination of ex-peated refill Bourbon barrels and red wine casks, offering a beautifully balanced profile of soft red fruits, floral sweetness, and gentle bonfire smoke. This whisky captures the subtle complexity of peat influence without overpowering the spirit’s natural elegance.

Palate:	Salty sea smoke, fresh cut oak, bonfire char, light citrus, light delicate fruit, a hint of sherbert
